Description

It has been almost a month since I've uploaded something, so I give you my Cloud pokemon!

124-Fracloud(Fractus cloud)

-Electric
-Ability:Cloud Nine/Levitate(HA Volt Absorb)

-Cloud pokemon

-"These pokemon can generate small dozes of static electricity high in the sky. They are found in large groups, staying close to each other to create large thunderclouds."

125-Piloud(Pileus cloud)

-Electric/Psychic
-Ability:Cloud Nine/Levitate(HA Volt Absorb)
-BST:42/44/41/112/66/100

-Thundercloud pokemon

-"Flying high in the sky, Piloud are constantly seeking food to grow. They are known to create large clouds of static electricity, sometimes even making short blackouts."

When given a Dragon Scale and a Thunderstone, Piloud will evolve into:

126-Raikloud(Raiju-Cloud)

-Electric/Psychic
-Ability:Cloud Nine/Levitate(HA Volt Absorb)
-BST:62/64/61/139/94/120

-Thunder pokemon

-"They are able to create massive thunderstorms, marking their territories. They generate incredible amounts of electricity, using their hands to absorb and discharge electricity. They live very high in the sky, feeding on clouds and electricity, and they are rarely seen."

Here they are! And before someone points it out, yes I know they look like Thundurus' Incarnate form, but I had these designs sketched near the end of 2011, a year before the Kami Trio's Incarnate forms were revealed.

Also, they are Psychic types, but they are in the Dragon Egg Group, and can learn Dragon-type moves like Dragon Pulse.
