My second entry for 's contest.

-Demersal pokemon
-Evolves from Eelektrik when equiped with any Fossil
-Ability:Electroreception-"Accuracy and base power of moves are boosted."
-"This ancient predator roamed the deepest parts of the ocean,where the pressure was so intense it could crush metal.It is completley blind,but its sixth sense let it "see" even in the darkness of those water,by sensing the electrical impulses of its prey.It catches its prey by showing its glowing markings,luring it to its enormous jaws.Its taugh skeleton let it survive in these extreme conditions,and with no natural enemies,and being the most powerful predator in those depths,it survived up to this day,even though it is very rear to find a wild one."

well this is my second entry.
it is based of those weird fish that people find washed up on the beach.
and yes,I know it isnt a Rock type.
