Could I have a 3-staged Ice/Steel type Fakemon based on land belugas/narwhals? I was thinking that it should start off as a little beluga Pokemon with a small metal nub on its forehead. Which then becomes a narwhal with two legs and a metallic tusk/horn that acts as a harpoon. Then that ought to become a larger, more intimidating narwhal with a large drill on its lead for boring through glaciers.

Think of it has Gible's entire line, but they're all based on belugas/narwhals. In order to make them all seem like they're Ice/Steel, you could add other metallic elements on their bodies if required.
