Ever since I did my Mega Flygon (seen here trxpics.deviantart.com/art/Meg…) I had alot of doubts about it, mainly the way it looked more than how it was designed, so after some time, I decided that I really should remake it, but still bringing across the same idea, so anyway, here's Mega Flygon!
When exposed to the Flygonite, Flygon gains enormous amounts of energy, raising it's Attack stat greatly. That same power allows Mega Flygon to attract sand to it's body and use it to create massive sandstorms, thus it gets the Sand Stream ability. The sand covers Flygon's body and circles around it, acting as some kind of defensive barrier, raising it's defenses. Flygon grows a second pair of wings, although smaller than it's main wings, they give Flygon a major boost in it's Speed stat.

Flygon has always been a good pokemon, but along the years, more and more powerful pokemon were added to the games, namely Garchomp, who is just to good to forgo when building a team that needs a Dragon-type or a Ground-type, so Flygon was left in the dust.
Mega Flygon, however, has something that Garchomp wish it had: Priority, and a pretty powerful one at that. Sand Vortex alone is enough reason to consider using Mega Flygon, and Sand Stream gives it a chance to shine in Sandstorm teams.
